簡介 

 

Bench-Maji 位於衣索比亞西南方,為衣索比亞兩大主要原始森林咖啡之一,約佔產量5~10%。果粒藝妓品種命名於藝妓咖啡起源地地 Gori Gesha Forest ,森林內的遺傳多樣性,2011年來自於懷抱著夢想的Adam Overton,悄悄將這片美麗的淨土,從毫無電力和建設的汙染下,重啟的森林,如今栽種成功讓我們能喝到如此原始的自然風味。夏亞地塊常見杯測風味有茉莉、佛手柑與梅爾檸檬,地塊命名於當地負責營運的部落首領煆夏亞。
